Avoiding relegation
It's a bit worrying to see the Firsts so near to the bottom of Midlands 1 after the Malvern game - just 4 points above Bedford Athletic but having played one more game.
Even with the league restructure and only 1 team being relegated, things are getting pretty hairy.
Does anyone have any views on what can be done within the Club to try and avoid relegation?
Maybe relegation could be a good thing given the recent changes at the Club - giving Longton Rugby time to regroup and maybe reinstall some of the values and approaches that got us to Midlands 1 (and beyond) in the first place?
Has anyone got any thoughts on this?
