			<title>Race Night/ Pie &amp;amp; Pea Supper - POSTPONED</title>

			<description>Unfortunately, due to a lack of interest, the Race Night scheduled for this Friday (20th) has been postponed. It is intended to run the event in the New Year, however because catering is involved, it is necesary make it an all ticket night and there will be a deadline for ticket sales.</description>

This is part of our series of social events &amp; fundraisers for ALL our Junior players, so please come along, enjoy the night, meet other parents and help raise some funds for our juniors.

<strong>Tickets are £5 each, including a Pie &amp; Pea Supper. Therefore, so that we can cater properly, admission is by ticket only.</strong>Tickets are available from Doug Finney, Steve Lodey or behind the bar.]]></description>

			<title>Leicester Tigers Rugby Course February Half Term 2010</title>

			<description>Leicester Tigers Community Team will be running a rugby course for 8 - 16 year olds at Stoke Rugby Club between 15th-19th February 2010.  During the week each child will develop their passing, handling, kicking, rucking, mauling and tackling skills.

Everyone will get

 (1) Coaching from 9.30am-3.15pm each day

 (2) Match ticket to an allocated home game of the 2009/2010 season plus family discount

 (3) Hot lunch and drinks provided

 (4) Tigers T shirt, a drinks bottle and rugby ball

			<description>Over the next couple of months, members/players of the Junior Section will be selling raffle tickets for the Annual RFU Grand Prize Draw. Tickets are priced at £1 each and 90p of this comes direct to the club. We are hoping to raise around £500 for Junior Funds from this event, so please support us and dig deep into your 'spare change' for a ticket or two. The prizes are quite substantial and well worth a gamble.</description>

			<description>Great performance by the U15s today lads.  Probably the best display I've seen you give in a Longton shirt.  Handsworth were a very good team, very physical with good runners and a huge pack.  They were the sort of team you'd have really struggled against last season.  But our forwards fronted up to them really well and easily matched them in the set piece.  I'd say our backs had the better of them all game.  If it wasn't for an interception try and a couple of missed tackles we'd have won.   ...</description>

			<description><![CDATA[Following the Club's recent success in acheiving Seal of Approval status for its Junior Section, there will be a Presentation ceremony this coming sunday, at 10 am. involving the RFU and the President of the Staffordshire Rugby Union.

This will be followed by Player Registration for the season and a coaching session for all ages from 7 to 17, boys and girls. All players, past, present and future, of any ability standard are welcome.]]></description>
