A good win for Longton's 2nds, although the 29 - 22 the scoreline is slightly flattering to a Dudley K side who relied heavily on their No. 12 for any inspiration. In very windy and difficult conditions, Longton's 2nds were rarely troubled by a spirited Dudley K side, who only entered the game when Longton took their foot off the pedal. A very competent performance from Joe Hall at scrum half and the Longton No.8.
